NCSC details NHS cyber resilience plan
Initial DisclosureThe UK National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) publicly detailed an ongoing coordinated plan to improve cyber resilience across the National Health Service (NHS), describing 18 months of collaboration with government and industry and prioritizing Active Cyber Defence (ACD) 2.0, software supply-chain security, vulnerability disclosure handling, threat intelligence sharing, visibility improvements, and NCSC tools including Early Warning, the Cyber Action Toolkit and Cyber Essentials. The plan also includes internal vulnerability disclosure processes for NHS England, the NHS Business Services Authority and NHS Scotland.
